鹹趣餅乾
原料：
中筋麵粉175克、白糖15克、豬油50克、鹽2克、水100ml。
油酥：
低筋麵粉100克、豬油65克、白糖20克、鹽7克、白胡椒粉7克、黑胡椒粉5克、紅蔥酥10克。
做法：
1、中粉過篩，加入白糖、豬油和鹽拌勻，逐次倒入水成團，揉至無粉粒的光滑油皮，鬆馳30分鐘；
2、將油酥麵團的所有材料拌勻，揉成光滑麵團，鬆馳30分鐘；
3、將油皮擀開成圓形，包入油酥麵團，收口捏緊後朝下擀開，第一次三折後旋轉90度，再次擀開三折，鬆馳15分鐘；
4、再進行二次三折，鬆馳20分鐘；
5、將長方形擀開成0.5公分厚的薄片，均勻地叉小洞，用滾輪刀切成長條狀；
6、碼在舖有烤紙的烤盤上，160度烤約20分鐘至金黃色。
Tips：
1、麵團鬆馳，有利於面皮有較好的延展性。
2、包入油酥麵團後，可以用敲打麵團的方式擀開，這樣做使油酥不容易外漏。
3、折疊的次數越多，松酥的程度越好。
4、餅乾的厚薄程度視個人愛好，相應延長或減少烘烤的時間。
5、叉洞可以防止在烘烤時膨脹。

吉祥黃金果
新年的餐桌上，除了熱菜冷盤，少不了的當然是一盤精美的點心。今天我的這個用南瓜紅豆沙做成的南瓜餅，顏色鮮亮，味道甜美，營養豐富如果新年的宴客席上，有一道出彩的點心，肯定可以為你贏來不少的讚賞。
吉祥黃金果---南瓜豆沙餅：
原料：
南瓜、紅豆沙、枸杞子。
做法：
1、南瓜切薄片，蒸熟，趁熱壓成南瓜泥
2、加入糯米粉攪拌，再加入麵粉攪拌（我沒稱分量的，糯米粉與麵粉的比例大概是2：1，你可以全部用糯米粉，但我喜歡加點麵粉）；
3、用手把粉糰搓成麵團，邊搓邊加粉，至到麵團不粘手為止；

咖哩雞腿飯
一直挺喜歡咖哩的味道，但是因為自己不懂得調味，以前做過幾次都不太好吃，現在出了這種方便裝，那真是方便，不管你有沒有烹飪基礎都可以做來吃啦，比去飯店吃的更美味更經濟實惠
材料：
3~5人份
咖哩一盒、雞腿3只、中等土豆2只、胡蘿蔔半根。
伴碟的西蘭花是用油鹽水焯熟的，也可以換別的蔬菜~
煮米飯的時候扔一小把玉米碎，既可以補充粗糧調理腸胃，米飯也看起來黃澄澄的很漂亮~
6、轉大火蓋鍋蓋，煮開，打開鍋蓋用勺子撇去浮沫，再轉小火慢慢煮10~15分鐘左右。
7、關掉火，放入咖哩塊，用勺子或鏟攪勻。
8、重新打火，蓋上鍋蓋，中小火煮5~10分鐘左右至入味。
3、熱鍋放油，中小火，把雞肉稍煎一下至金黃色。
4、放入土豆胡蘿蔔，翻炒。
5、加入水與材料平面（喜歡汁多也可以水蓋住材料）

香椿拌豆腐
材料：
香椿200克、豆腐200克。
調料：
香油、鹽。
做法：
1、香椿洗淨去掉老梗，入沸水中焯熟，撈出瀝乾水分後，切碎。
2、豆腐切塊，入沸水中焯熟，撈出瀝乾水分，用勺子壓成豆腐泥。
3、將調料分別拌入香椿碎和豆腐泥中。
4、用小慕絲模，先舖一層香椿碎，再舖一層豆腐泥，再一層香椿碎，一層豆腐泥，每舖一層都要輕輕壓緊實。
5、最後輕輕將模子取出即可
備註：
1、因香椿含有較多的亞硝酸鹽，所以無論怎樣烹調，都要先焯一下，撈出瀝乾水分，再繼續操作。
2、如果想將香椿冷凍保存更長時間，也要先焯熟，再冷凍。

海鮮意麵
材料：
蝦，墨魚仔，帶子，魚塊，彩椒，西芹，洋蔥，大蒜，謎迭香少許，黃油炒過的麵粉少許，牛奶、白葡萄酒、通心粉。
做法：
黃油炒麵粉，用融化的黃油，小火炒麵粉，炒到微微發黃。
這樣炒好的麵粉，可以冷凍起來，要用的時候拿出來一點用。
通心粉煮熟後，撈幹，倒少許橄欖油防粘。
取一鍋，用少許橄欖油慢火煸炒洋蔥至透明。 (結果我老公這地兒就不過關，火大得把洋蔥都快炒成炭片了。我嘆了口氣，把炒菜鏟還是接過來了。)
加入蔬菜，翻炒後，推到一邊。
加入海鮮、大蒜、迷迭香，稍微煸一下，火可以開大一些嘍。
倒入白葡萄酒、牛奶，和黃油麵粉，所有東西都混合好了，麵粉全部融化了，海鮮都熟了就可以起鍋裝盆了。
